About

Hello! My name is

Renee Haroche

I offer 30 years of practice in Integral Counseling Psychology, and a lifetime of being someone who listens deeply, observes and attunes keenly, and shares my wisdom, intuition, and heart freely. I care about your well-being and will attentively abide with you as you discover your truest Self, heal or realize any intentions and goals you set. I offer from a deep well of life experience, past and ongoing education, and resources - deep and abundant. We live in a time where knowledge and healing resources are ever emergent. I love bridging from my own clinical and personal research to connect you to beneficial and enlightening people and experiences.

I work holistically to help you access your inner resources of wisdom, embodiment, courage, creativity, and passion, and to support you in developing the inner strength, clarity, and practical skills to live your life in a more fulfilling, more easeful manner. I bring to my practice my own passion for psychological, relational, and spiritual exploration. It is that passion, and my trust in the healing nature of the therapeutic relationship, that allows me to wisely and compassionately accompany you in your journey of exploration and healing.

I have always felt naturally aligned with and faithful to inner life. From my earliest years, I worked with dreams, journaling, the natural world, and creative expression as guides and anchors to navigate my life.

I received my Master’s degree in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 1993, and have been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1997. I have advanced training in EMDR, followed by 3 years of further practice and study with Laurel Parnell. I am also a certified Nia teacher, a sensory-based mind-body-spirit practice. In 2020, I completed an intensive course on “Deconstructing Anxiety ” a practical step-by-step approach to assist people to move from fear to a more fulfilling and free life. Additionally, I self-study and am ongoingly immersed in the work of Carl Jung and applying his depth practices to contemporary issues of our collective times.

I lived in and was nourished by Montana the first half of my life and in Northern California since my mid- 20 ’s. Relationships, family, and community are foundational and where I thrive. I have been married since 1989 and am a mother of two children since 2000.

“Let It All Happen To You:
Beauty and Dread.
Simply Go -
No Feeling is Too Much -
And Only This Way
Can We Stay In Touch.
Near Here Is The Land
That They Call Life.
You’ll Know When
You Arrive
By How Real It Is.
Give Me Your Hand.”

— Rainier Maria Rilke
